Counselling -
— Benefits of Counselling
— There are times that the challenges in our lives may lead us to great sadness, anxiety, depression, isolation, and this may result in health problems. Through counselling you can explore alternatives, build on your strengths and develop new skills.
— Counselling is a Journey.
— A Journey of Understanding, Acceptance, Self Discovery and Healing.
— Your Journey begins with the exploration of your thoughts and feelings relating to your concern. This is done in a safe, non judgmental and confidential environment.
— The experience of exploring your thoughts and feelings with a professional can relieve your sense that you are entirely alone with your problem - You’re not!
— In partnership your counsellor will support you and assist in establishing ways and techniques to help you achieve your goals and re-balance your life.
— Counselling can assist in many areas, such as;
— Stress
— Grief & Loss
— Relationships
— Anxiety/ self esteem
— Depression
— Personal growth
— Childhood Behaviour and Development.
— Quote:
“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change” -‘Wayne Dyer’

A message from our Jo…
It has been a pink month.
The breakfast at Biscottinis was fantastic and some of our lucky raffle winners are still smiling. The money raised goes to the Walter Eliza Institute. It was entertaining and fun.
A big thank you to all who helped Sue at the Food and Wine Festival. The day went well and the dragons had a successful day I believe as well .A BIG thank you to Sue & Max for setting up as well. I did enjoy my Crystal Light healing weekend workshop but that is a long story. Lots of meditation and relaxation and I learnt stuff as well!
Victoria and Jo had a fabulous day on the 25th at the Pink Ribbon ride. We met the group travelling from Carrum Downs. Lots of men in black leather on Harleys quite a few Japanese bikes, a few women but we felt a little outnumbered in our pink Mc Grath vests.

Travelled in to Docklands and picked up more bikes on the way. We met the Vichics there and as we were girls and in pink were supposed to be up the front of the ride. Managed to stay fairly close... Point Cook was busy, food, a trick rider and yes lots of men and leather again... More women this time though. We decided to do the ‘round the bay’ loop and rode to Queenscliff for a pleasant ferry ride home. Not too much traffic at all and I think Victoria will pillion again.
Stay Well Hugs Jo
