Counselling -Counselling can assist in many areas such as; Stress, Grief & Loss, Relationships, Anxiety/ self esteem, Depression, Personal growth, Childhood Behaviour and Development. There are times that the challenges in our lives may lead us to great sadness, anxiety, depression, isolation, and this may result in health problems. Through counselling you can explore alternatives, build on your strengths and develop new skills.
Counselling is a Journey. A Journey of Understanding, Acceptance, Self Discovery and Healing. Your Journey begins with the exploration of your thoughts and feelings relating to your concern. This is done in a safe, non judgmental and confidential environment.
The experience of exploring your thoughts and feelings with a professional can relieve your sense that you are entirely alone with your problem -You’re not!
In partnership your counsellor will support you and assist in establishing ways and techniques to help you achieve your goals and re-balance your life.Quote: “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change” Wayne Dyer.
What are you waiting for; take the Journey to re-balance your life!Call: 0422 311 089 for appointment. Joy Ball- Counsellor Suite 3, 15 Bay Rd, Mt Martha.
